Every month I host an online group to teach, support, and hold you accountable daily to your personal health and fitness goals. A purchase of a challenge pack is required for participation.

Thanks – and thanks for inspiring me to join this group. I’m so glad I did – I had been working out and watching what I eat and I wasn’t seeing results. I think the addition of your extra moves and T25 really helped me to see results that I hadn’t seen before. This also helped me to be more consistent in my workouts because if I couldn’t make it to the gym I had a workout to do at home and it only took 25 min.

I feel so much better, and so much stronger than when I started this journey with you. I’ve started running again – which I haven’t done in years and I am so enjoying it! As some of you may know, I started with a Health & Fitness Accountability group back in August of 2015. It’s not a diet plan, it’s a lifestyle plan! I had been gaining weight for the last several years and have been talking forever about doing something about it. I finally took the plunge with this group! I started out strong with the program and lost about 18 pounds in the first few rounds.

I fell off the wagon last winter with my fitness, but was able to maintain the weight loss through my new outlook on food. I have since refocused on the plan and have lost a total of 26 pounds and over 35 inches! I am exercising consistently and have learned so much about proper nutrition and fueling my body. I feel great and I’m in the best shape of my life. I still have some work to do, but that’s okay because this isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress! Every time I have my husband punch a new hole in my favorite belt…. I’m on cloud nine!

I went from a size 12 to a 6 and am really close to getting into those 4’s. My family supports me, but with the group you are not alone! With my daily posts I got encouragement and support along with nutrition & fitness feedback. What I have learned about fitness and food thru these groups has changed my mindset forever. When I started this journey, I said I wanted to be 40 & FIT! Well my 40th birthday is coming up in September and thanks to Tricia, Beachbody and these groups I will be in the best shape of my adult life and the healthiest I have ever been! I wore a bikini for the first time in 18 years this summer and it felt amazing. There is no greater high than being told by someone how great you look and that they can tell how hard you have worked!

On a side note, I have battled IBS most of my life. I am also lactose intolerant & fructose intolerant.
